The term 'holistic' has been thrown around a lot in the internet world lately. With the increase in popularity of alternative health and healing modalities as go-to therapies, I've found it's definitely a keyword that is starting to grab attention. Everybody wants to be healthy, to look good and feel great both physically and emotionally. Although most people don't actually feel that way.
